Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tier11. Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. We truly hope you will love the purchase and shine in everyday. However, for whatever reason if it does not work out, don’t worry, here is what you can do.

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

 

RETURNS 
Due to our nature as a buyer, we are sorry we ONLY accept returns into store credits for change of mind.
Of course you can always return and get a full refund for damaged or faulty goods.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry and email us at tier11bne@gmail.com within 7 days from receiving your item. We will email back to you with next steps within 3 business days. After we receive the returned item, you will get the store credit valid for one year. Please be aware that return is at your own expense, shipping fee will not be reimbursed or covered.

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at tier11bne@gmail.com with the pictures of the fault within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we inspect the goods and confirm that there is a genuine fault, you will be emailed with next steps to get a full refund, replacement (if available), exchange or repair (where possible). 
Please note, we do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Tier11 reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.


All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided within 7 days. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with the size, we are more than happy to do exchanges. Please email us at tier11bne@gmail.com with you request within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will check the stock to make sure your request can be fulfilled. Please send the item back to us within 7 days after receiving the exchange confirmation email. Please be aware that exchange is at your own expense, shipping fee will not be reimbursed or covered.
The item should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all designer garment tags still attached. Exchanges that are damaged, soiled or sent back without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

CLEANRANCE SALE
Items marked as Sale are not accepted returns and exchanges,unless they are faulty.


ORDER WITH STORE CREDITS
Orders placed with store credits (partially or fully) are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
